Mango/Kiwi-Green Tea Smoothie -- Bon Appetite!!!

Remembering Julia Child on what would have been her 102nd birthday today!  She was a great model of how to be fearless in the kitchen.  Never be afraid to try new things...if something doesn't work out...just try again.
Not much time to write today, so I'll just share this single-serving Mango-Green Tea Smoothie recipe I came across on Joy Bauer's website.  I only altered the original recipe a little version is below.  Yum!
Mango/Kiwi-Green Tea Smoothie
1 green tea bag
1/2 cup boiling water
1/2 cup fat-free plain Greek yogurt (the original recipe called for vanilla)
1 cup mango chunks, fresh or frozen (I’ve made it with both…if you use the frozen, you won’t need as many ice cubes as you would with the fresh, but either way is are delicious!)
1 whole kiwifruit, peeled and chopped
3 to 5 ice cubes
Pour the boiling water over the tea bag, and let it steep for 3 to 5 minutes.  Remove the tea bag and let the liquid cool to room temperature.
Combine all ingredients in your blender and pulse until it reaches smoothie consistency.  Pour into a glass and serve immediately.
If you're looking for some more healthy sure to stop by Joy's recipe page and check out more of her nutritious AND yummy stuff!!
Bon Appetite and happy cooking y'all!!
